SPACE RENTAL - Vendor is responsible for all display materials, tents, signs, etc. A visible identification sign is mandatory for all Vendors.
PROOF OF LICENSE – Vendor must provide Food Manager/Handler paperwork
LIABILITY – Vendor agrees to assume all liability and to indemnify South Texas Botanical Gardens & Nature Center from and against any and all claims.
